Masquerade

This is the wiki for Masquerade, a book by User:Angel.

I've previously started writing this book and ben unable to finish, but I think this time I can take a slightly different approach. I will be attempting this rewrite for NaNoWriMo 2020.

Here's a rough summary, but I'd appreciate any feedback on it:

Our heroine is one of six people picked by lottery to attend an annual masked ball as a representative of the 'common people'. She dances with the Crown Prince, who is a lot more charismatic than she expected he could be. He tells her that being next in line to the throne isn't all luxury, and he has to do a lot of work. Offers to show her his office, as a rather transparent excuse to go somewhere more private. She wakes up hours later in a janitor's closet, clothes all torn, with no idea what happened. People are running everywhere, because there's been some kind of bomb threat and they're evacuating the palace. She slinks off into a local bar to get a drink and try to feel normal again, and then sees her face on the news. Suddenly she's on the run, because apparently she's stabbed the prince. And things continue to get weirder when he catches up with her and they have to work together to clear her name, while she struggles to resist the urge to stab him again.

Suggestions for character names would be much appreciated.
